How do I use the Kick Cashback portal?

Category: Portal Cashback (650+ Stores)

Using the Kick Cashback portal is a five-step routine that takes about a minute the first time and a few seconds every time after. Sign in, find the store, click through, shop in the same session, and watch your cashback land in your dashboard within minutes. The portal at kickpay.co is the gateway between you and 650+ partner retailers — every Australian-eligible cashback purchase has to start here.

The five steps

1. Sign in to your free account

Open kickpay.co in any modern browser, on any device. If you don't have an account yet, sign-up takes about 30 seconds — see how to create an account. There's no fee, no credit card needed, and no minimum balance.

2. Find the store you want to shop at

Use the search bar at the top of the dashboard, browse all 650+ partner stores, or navigate by category — fashion, electronics, travel, health & beauty and more. Each store's portal page shows the live cashback rate, any known exclusions, and the retailer-approved promo codes that stack with cashback.

3. Click through from the store's portal page

From the store's page, click Shop with Cashback. Your browser is redirected through the affiliate network — the redirect drops a small tracking cookie that says "this shopper came from Kick" — and lands you on the retailer's normal homepage. Read why this step matters.

4. Shop in the same session

Browse the retailer like you always would. Add items to your cart, apply any retailer-approved discount code, choose your shipping, and check out. Don't switch browsers, don't switch devices, don't open a third-party coupon site mid-purchase, and don't leave the cart for days before paying — any of those will break the affiliate cookie.

5. Watch the cashback land

Within minutes of completing checkout, the cashback shows up in your dashboard at kickpay.co as Earned. Most categories then move to Available to claim quickly — see how fast cashback is confirmed.

Tracking-friendly browser setup

Three quick checks make the portal work reliably:

  • Pause your ad blocker on kickcashback.com.au and the retailer's domain. Brave Shields, Firefox strict mode, and uBlock Origin are the most common culprits. Full ad-blocker setup guide.
  • iOS Safari users: Settings → Safari → uncheck "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" before clicking through.
  • Use codes from the store's Kick Cashback page only — third-party coupon sites overwrite the Kick cookie. Coupons and cashback.

What to do if cashback doesn't appear

Wait 7 days first; some retailers report sales in batches. If it's still missing, email info@kickcashback.com with the order date, retailer name, order number, and total — the team will lodge a missing-cashback claim with the network. Full process in the tracking troubleshooting guide.

Mobile vs desktop

The portal works the same on phone and laptop. Android shoppers can also use the official Kick Cashback app from Google Play; iPhone shoppers use Safari. App and mobile guidance. Just remember not to switch between devices mid-purchase — the affiliate cookie set on one device doesn't follow you to the next. Cross-device shopping rules.

Building the habit

Bookmark kickpay.co as your starting point for any online shopping trip. Make it the first tab you open before you go to a retailer's site. Once that's a habit, tracking failures become rare and cashback becomes the default outcome of online shopping rather than something you remember to do.

Our Experience

We are a first-party cashback platform — we work directly with retailers rather than reselling another company's network. Our team negotiates cashback rates, manages partner relationships, and processes payments in-house. According to industry data published by IAB Australia, affiliate and cashback marketing represented over $1 billion in tracked Australian retail sales in 2024 (source: IAB Australia Online Advertising Expenditure Report). Kick Cashback is part of this growing sector and is committed to passing the majority of retailer commissions back to shoppers as cashback.

Our editorial team draws on direct experience working with major Australian retailers and global affiliate networks. We publish detailed cashback information, retailer terms, and shopping guides based on first-hand knowledge of how cashback tracking, attribution, and payments work. Where industry standards or regulatory guidance applies — such as the Australian Consumer Law administered by the ACCC, or the Privacy Act 1988 administered by the OAIC — we cite the relevant source so readers can verify our claims.
