These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Kick Cashback, an Australian cashback service operated by Kick Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 16 694 893 297) headquartered in Melbourne, Victoria. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The cashback program

Kick Cashback has no shopper membership fee, no subscription fee, and no minimum claim once cashback is Available. When you shop through your Kick Cashback portal at kickpay.co, partner retailers pay us a commission and we pass the majority of that commission back to you as cashback. Cashback is tracked as Earned after an eligible purchase is reported, becomes Available to claim within minutes for most eligible retail offers, and is paid to your nominated Australian bank account by direct bank transfer (receiving banks can take 1-3 business days to show the funds).

Your account and obligations

You must provide accurate information, use the service only for personal shopping (not commercial resale), and follow each retailer's terms. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, attempt fraud, or abuse promotional offers.
