Is there a Kick Cashback app for Android and iPhone?

Category: Getting Started

Kick Cashback is available on Android via the Google Play Store, and on iPhone via the mobile-optimised website. Both routes connect you to the same 1,000+ partner stores and the same cashback rates — the difference is in how the app is packaged and where you launch it from.

Android — official Kick Cashback app on Google Play

The Android app is published by Kick Systems Pty Ltd under the package ID co.kickpay.twa. Google Play screens every release before it's published, and the app uses Google's Trusted Web Activity framework — which means you get the speed and feel of a native app, with the most up-to-date version of the Kick Cashback portal each time you open it. Cashback tracks the same way it does on the website: open the app, find the store, click through, shop and complete in the same session, and most eligible retail cashback becomes Available to claim within minutes (while travel, insurance, subscriptions and any offer whose live terms say otherwise can take longer).

Get the app from the Kick Cashback app download page, which has the direct Google Play link.

iPhone / iPad — use Safari (no native iOS app yet)

iPhone shoppers can use the full Kick Cashback experience by opening www.kickcashback.com.au in Safari. There's no native iOS app at this stage. The mobile website is fully responsive — sign in once, add it to your Home Screen using Safari's Share → Add to Home Screen, and it behaves like an app on your dock. You'll see the same stores, the same rates, and the same dashboard.

Important Safari tracking tip for iPhone

iOS Safari has "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" turned on by default, which blocks the tracking cookies cashback relies on. To make sure your cashback tracks: Settings → Safari → uncheck Prevent Cross-Site Tracking before clicking through. You can re-enable it after you've completed the shop. Can I shop on my phone and claim on my computer?

Yes — your account is the same wherever you sign in. Earn cashback in the Android app or in mobile Safari, then claim it from your laptop later. Just don't switch devices during a single shopping session, because the tracking cookie set on one device doesn't follow you to the next. More on cross-device shopping.

Cost

The Android app is free, requires no subscription, and contains no in-app purchases. Web access on iPhone is also free. Kick Cashback is free for all shoppers, with no membership or subscription fee, on every platform.

Is the app safe?

The app is published by Kick Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 16 694 893 297) and distributed through Google Play, which screens every release. Your data is protected under the Australian Privacy Principles. Full safety and legitimacy details here.
