The only category that can't be switched off is transactional email — emails about your money, your security, and your active claims — because we have to keep you informed about activity on your account.

How to update your preferences

  2. Open Account → Settings → Notifications.
  3. Toggle each category on or off, then save.

If you'd rather not sign in, every marketing email Kick Cashback sends includes a one-click Unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking that link removes you from all marketing categories, in line with the Spam Act 2003.

Push and SMS notifications
