You're in full control of which Kick Cashback emails and notifications you receive. Preferences are managed from your account settings at kickpay.co, and changes take effect immediately. The only category that can't be switched off is transactional email — emails about your money, your security, and your active claims — because we have to keep you informed about activity on your account.
If you'd rather not sign in, every marketing email Kick Cashback sends includes a one-click Unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking that link removes you from all marketing categories, in line with the Spam Act 2003.

Push and SMS notifications
If you've added a phone number for multi-factor authentication, we'll send SMS only for transactional reasons (a code to confirm a high-value claim, an alert about a security event).
